Privacy Policy

Everyone plays. Our program’s goal is for kids to play lacrosse and playing time is as balanced as possible to ensure player development and improvement of the team.

Balanced teams. Each year we form new teams as evenly balanced as possible against the division they are slotted to compete with. We recognize it is it is fair and more fun when teams of equal ability play.

Open registration. Our program is open to boys and girls ages 5-18, depending on the program. Interest and enthusiasm are the only criteria for playing.

Positive coaching. Encouragement of player effort provides greater enjoyment by the players and ultimately leads to better-skilled and better-motivated players. We use coaching methods called Positive Coaching Alliance which enforces sportsmanship, ethics, and helps today's youth meet tomorrow's challenges, via lacrosse.

Good sportsmanship. We strive to create a positive environment based on mutual respect rather than a win-at-all-cost attitude, and our program is designed to instill good sportsmanship in every facet of Beach Cities Youth Lacrosse.
